Sana Ullah Zahid
Mr Sana Ullah Zahid is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and has conducted over 200 cases before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, and over a 1000 cases before the various high courts and several thousand before the Subordinate Courts. ZEESHAN ALI (Pakistan) is was the team leader for the Asia Foundation’s Rule of Law Program in Pakistan, managing three project teams to strengthen access to justice, protect the rights of minorities and women to ensure affordable legal assistance, and advance legal reform initiatives with the judiciary. Mr. Ali has worked with the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Lahore High Court, and the Punjab and Sindh judicial academies to develop ADR training programs for judges working as mediators at court-annexed mediation centers throughout Pakistan. During his Fellowship in the U.S., Mr. Ali studied dispute resolution programs in connection with the courts to advance the national judicial reform agenda and conduct advanced-level training programs at judicial academies in Pakistan. He has aspired to help others better understand the legislative frameworks necessary to mainstream ADR and enable equitable access to justice in Pakistan.
